A. Methods of Payment
Mad Dogs Clothing gladly accepts PayPal or the following credit cards for your shopping convenience: Visa and MasterCard. We also accept ATM cards with Visa and MasterCard logos only.We do not accept C.O.D payments, checks or money orders.
B. Shipping
All Shipping charges are dependant on the weight and destination. For most carriers the weight increment is by the pound. We can only determine the shipping charges during checkout. You have the ability to add or remove items during the checkout process and view the shipping charge. We do this because it will save you money. We do not have additional handling fees and shipping charges are pass through. We make a concerted effort to ensure that the shipping charges are correct, we will not charge you more than the quoted price.
1. Domestic USA
We will ship to any locations that our carriers deliver.
2. International
Shipments may be subject to additional charges at the destination country. The carrier will charge the package recipient duties, taxes and /or brokerage fees at time of delivery
as appropriate. For information about duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees, you may call
your local customs authority.
3. Damaged or missing.
Shipments that are damaged or missing must be directed to the carrier.
C. Returns and Exchanges.
We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. Should you experience any quality problems or defects in our merchandise simply return it for a full refund or exchange. Refunds do not include any shipping charges.Mad Dogs clothing is pre-washed and pre-shrunk you do not need to purchase the next size up to allow for shrinkage.Requirements.We gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase. Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
A Copy of the original order must accompany the returned item.Refunds will only returned in the original form of payment.Packages must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D deliveries.Include a note detailing the defect or desired exchange.You must ensure your item is packed securely.
D. Customer Accounts.
We require that our customers create an account. The details of the account will not be sold to anyone nor will it be used to market to you.
